1st Interview & Design Task
Once you've passed our quick pre-screen call, you'll be invited for an in-person interview at our offices, or if the role is remote, we'll do a video call.

2nd Interview
If we're encouraged by your first interview, we will invite you in for a second interview, which will also be in-person at our offices in Leeds. This will be more scenario-focused, testing your practice, commercial and soft skills.
